Joint-Venture Agreement in Gaming: the use of Bulgaria as a jurisdiction for the JV vehicle

NBLO advised on a Swedish-Israeli Joint-Venture Agreement entered into through a Bulgarian vehicle. We acted for a successful Swedish team which partners with a well-known Israeli gaming investor. The JV will target Asian markets. 

NBLO’s lawyers advised on the negotiations between the parties, drafting and execution of an English law governed JVA and ancillary documents; the incorporation of a Bulgarian subsidiary and adaptation of its articles.
