7 July 2021We are delighted to offer startups the opportunity to use our services free of charge (pro bono).
Supporting founders aligns with our firm’s expertise. We at New Balkans Law Office recognise the hurdles start-ups may face on their path to business success. Not so long ago New Balkans Law Office (founded 2005) was itself a startup and we are well aware of founders’ needs.
Examples of our pro bono services may include:
- Advice on the best type of and jurisdiction of entity to fit your venture;
- Advice on the founding procedure and specific requirements for the business structure;
- Intellectual property advice;
- Advice during the early stage negotiations with investors.
We give free of charge 30-minute consultations twice a week: on Tuesdays at 1:30 pm and Fridays at 5:30 pm.
We can meet you at our office in central Sofia located at 19B Patriarch Evtimiy Blvd or virtually.
