Tanya has more than 6 years of extensive experience in providing legal advice and representation in the areas of insolvency, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, contract law, real estate matters. Tanya’s expertise also includes credit financing and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Tanya has been responsible for managing and implementation of legal and regulatory risks in the application of the various laws relevant to banking institutions. Under her guidance, a comprehensive methodology ensures compliance with multiple legal requirements and she has authored rules to guide entire projects and facilitate the sale of assets of different material value, the largest of which exceeds the amount of 18 million leva.
