Михаил оказывает поддержку NBLO в широком спектре задач, включая техническую поддержку, административные вопросы, маркетинг, исследования и развитие бизнеса. Его гибкое мышление и проактивный подход позволяют другим членам команды выполнять свои задачи на максимально высоком уровне, а также получать дополнительную помощь при необходимости. В круг его обязанностей входит помощь в повседневной работе офиса, координация документооборота и переводов, содействие в оптимизации рабочих процессов, участие в организации мероприятий, продвижение практик NBLO, привлечение новых клиентов и расширение присутствия фирмы на японском рынке.
До прихода в NBLO Михаил провёл год в Японии, где изучал различные дисциплины, такие как японское право, экономика, социология и психология, в частном университете, тесно связанном с Болгарией. Кроме того, он обучался в Софийском университете в течение четырёх лет, изучая японский язык и другие аспекты японской культуры, что ещё больше развило его критическое и нестандартное мышление. В настоящее время его интересы включают стартапы, криптовалюту, инвестиции в венчурный капитал, трансфер технологий и миграцию.
