Petar Siarov

Most recently, he served as a senior associate at the Executive Agency Audit of EU Funds, focusing on the Recovery and Resilience Facility. Prior to this, he held executive leadership as CEO of a tech company and spent over 15 years as Legal and Investor Relations Officer at Prime Property BG REIT, where he managed the legal framework for real estate development, regulatory compliance, public reporting, and corporate governance. He also led a facility management subsidiary and coordinated board-level decision-making.

Earlier in his career, he advised on real estate and energy transactions, licensing and regulatory matters, and served as a legal consultant to REITs and international investors. His background includes work with the Ministry of Finance, where he contributed to insolvency oversight and legislative drafting, and with Sofia City Court as a legal nominee. He is a qualified Bulgarian attorney with long-standing experience in property, construction, corporate, and administrative law, as well as litigation and regulatory compliance.
