Our EU Law Practice

In anticipation of Bulgaria's accession to the European Union in 2007, but especially so after accession, practice in Bulgaria began to incorporate strong elements of EU law, an area which we have strong experience in.

We find that the EU acquis and the judicious use of the EU institutions and the procedures they extend can be of considerable help to our clients and where appropriate will advise on the use of such instruments and will provide representation in front of the Commission and the Bulgarian government.

We have brought to bear directly applicable EU law to regulatory, administrative and civil procedural contexts with success.
