Our Competition and Anti-trust Law Practice

As part of our general interest in maximising the potential that EU law has for both our international and domestic clients we devote special attention to developing our competition and anti-trust practice.

We are able to advise on concentrations (including mergers and acquisitions) in the context of pre-acquisition consultancy and legal due diligence in the course of the transaction and have particularly strong capacity in a number of niche areas of Bulgarian competition: deals with a regulatory as well as an anti-trust aspect and the interface of competition and intellectual property laws.
