We advise individuals, families and employers on all aspects of Bulgarian immigration law.

Our particular expertise has been in the preparation of residence applications for the employees of both multinational corporations and SMEs entering Bulgaria, in advising persons of independent means, retirees and self-employed invididuals on successfully filing applications to reside in Bulgaria from outside the EU and in assisting EU and Swiss nationals with the formalities of residence in Bulgaria.

We regularly represent persons of Bulgarian origin in reacquiring citizenship and act for foreign employees in administrative disputes with the authorities, as well as in securing equal treatment or other entitlements.
