The Practice Area

We have extensive experience in the various mechanisms for the resolution of disputes, including direct litigation, arbitration and mediation. In particular:

• conducting legal proceedings before ordinary Bulgarian courts;

• conducting proceedings before Bulgarian arbitration panels including the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sofia) and the Sofia Arbitration Court;

• participation in ad hoc and institutional arbitration procedures before the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris, the Zurich and Stockholm Arbitration Courts;

• representing clients in pre-litigation and administrative disputes with the Government of Bulgaria and Bulgarian municipal and regional authorities.
