As part of our real estate practice we provide advice in the purchase and sale of sites for development and in the change of zoning status to reflect development needs; we liaise with the relevant authorities empowered to act under the Territorial Development Act and can advise in the pre-acquisition stages as part of due diligence as well as existing owners.

We advise on the implications of environmental legislation for development and act both for those who would favour development and for non-governmental bodies who aspire to restraints on the change of status and of the character of land.
