Two of our partners, and all of our associates and support staff are based in Sofia. The office has high quality communication, IT and document-handling capabilities. The Sofia office co-ordinates our work throughout Bulgaria. Our main office in Sofia undertakes most of the corporate, commercial, intellectual property, ADR, competition, and other cutting-edge work we do. Based out of Sofia, we can also maintain a presence in other locations, depending on client needs.
Our London office undertakes client liaison and allows the firm to serve the needs of clients directly. You are always able to contact us in London to discuss issues which require an immediate conference or otherwise demand attention in person. All types of work performed by our Bulgarian lawyers are supported and liaised on from London. Two of our partners share their time between London and Bulgaria.
The Ruse office offers support services for transactions in the region and is strong in property, tax, commercial and corporate, employment and environmental law. One of our partners is based in Ruse and a further partner and a support staff member share their time between Ruse & Sofia.
