We advise on the drafting and negotiating of employees' service agreements and provide advice on a range of other employment-related issues. We have been particularly active in the area of Bulgarian anti-discrimination legislation since our lawyers have participated in the drafting of the Bulgarian legislation designed to minimise workplace discrimination by reason of a person's sexuality, disability, religious background or other basis.
