We provide legal advice on a wide range of intellectual property rights both at the Bulgarian and EU level. For example, we advise individual's on data protection issues as well as copyright, moral rights and database rights; we also have extensive experience in drafting and filing trade marks for use in Bulgaria. It should be noted that much of our work has some form of international element to it so we have plenty of experience in this regard.
