Bulgarian Immigration Law

We advise individuals, families and employers on all aspects of Bulgarian immigration law. Our particular expertise has been in the preparation of residence applications for the employees of both multinational corporations and SMEs entering Bulgaria and in advising persons of independent means, retirees and self-employed individuals on successfully filing applications to reside in Bulgaria from outside the EU. We regularly represent persons of Bulgarian origin in reacquiring citizenship and act for foreign employees in administrative disputes with the authorities, as well as in securing equal treatment or other entitlements. Our practice in immigration law ties with our strong experience in employment matters and anti-discrimination law.
