Our tax advisory group assists with planning for income and wealth taxes, withholding tax, and tax from conducting business and holding investments. In doing so, the group collaborates with advisors in a variety of relevant jurisdictions and is able to recommend tested best-practice solutions.
We assist families to plan for the passing of property and wealth in their family through wills and holding structures and advise business people on the implications of Bulgarian family and property law on their ownership interest in their business.
In assisting recently-posted to Bulgaria foreign domiciliaries our employment and immigration practices can advise on structuring contractual relationships and processing residence and other formal requirements.
